Aaron Jordan Talks Wisconsin Visit

Plainfield East 2015 shooting guard Aaron Jordan ranks as one of the best prospect in the state of Illinois in his class.  The rising junior is a smooth perimeter player that handles the ball well and can flat out shoot it from both mid-range and three.  Jordan has become a coveted prospect after another quality showing in front of college coaches during July with the Illinois Stars 16U.

This weekend Jordan and his family visited Wisconsin.  The Badgers are one of the schools that have already offered him a scholarship.  He spoke with us about the trip.

“When I got to Wisconsin my family and I went up a day early because my dad and I love to fish.  Then Coach Gard and Coach Paris took us around the Kohl Center so my mom and sister could see it.”

Jordan has been to Madison previously, but what stood out about this visit?

“The fact that Coach Ryan has been in the game for so long and he is a teacher of the game.”

The junior discussed his relationship with the Badgers coaching staff.

“The relationship gets stronger every time I talk or make the trip up to Wisconsin.  I love their staff.”

Where does Wisconsin stand in his recruitment?

“Near the top!”
